Closet Organization Favorites
Don’t you just love it when someone else shares their favorites so you don’t have to do all the research yourself?! Me too. So today I want to share with you my closet organization favorites and give you all the deets so you can get going on your closet organization!
Closet Hangers
In the hanger game, there are SO many options!! But let me tell you my two favorites: A higher-end option and a budget-friendly option.
Favorite Closet Hanger #1: The Container Store Basic Lotus Wooden Hangers
The Lotus hangers give a closet such a classy, upscale feel. They are well made and will last forever. And soooo pretty. Different styles available to avoid slipping, and a couple styles for pants + skirts. The downside: they are larger and bulkier so they aren’t great in tight closets. However, they do offer a Lotus Slim option.

Favorite Closet Hanger #2: Amazon Basics Slim Velvet Hangers (several colors + finishes available)
The Slim Velvet hangers are awesome for so many reasons! They are slim so if you have a full closet, these guys are your best friend. Several color and finish options. And they are SUPER affordable. The only downside in my opinion: you either like velvet hangers because they keep clothes in place, or you really don’t like them because it’s harder to get your shirt off the hanger. But anything with 118,000 5-star reviews on Amazon is pretty dang good!!

Closet Bins
There are like a bazillion baskets and bins that you could use in your closet depending on your style and what you need to store in them. But today, I’m going to stay real general and just share the two standouts that I have used in closet organizes recently.
Favorite Closet Bin #1: The Container Store Hyacinth Bins
They’re beautiful, sustainable, available in several sizes, and just look great with so many different home styles.

Favorite Closet Bin #2: The Container Store iDesign Clear Stackable Closet Bins
I think sturdy, clear containers are so fresh and versatile in a closet! Easy to label, and I think once each bin is organized, it’s pretty to be able to see the colors come through the bin. AND…these are stackable, friends.

Closet Accessories
And because every single closet is different, one of my favorite things is to find new solutions to organize the items in there! Here are a few of my favorite solutions I’ve used over the past year.
Favorite Closet Accessory #1: Amazon Hat Organizer
Save space and hang all of your hats right on one of your hangers with this removable velcro pack with clips for each hat.

Favorite Closet Accessory #2: The Container Store Purse Storage Organizer + IKEA Clutch Organizer Hack
Favorite Closet Accessory #3: The Container Store Purse + Bag Hangers
I’ve used these handy, portable hangers for nice handbags and even for kids’ sports bags and backpacks. If you have a hang bar or a hook, these work beautifully. And, I love that they make it easy to see what bags you have so you use them more often.
